“If you can talk to a patient, you can talk to a camera.”- Matt Hutchings
Episode Overview
A patient looking for a dentist no longer has to search “dentist near me” and work through a list of websites.
They can tell AI exactly what matters to them: their age, concerns, treatment needs, anxiety, or the kind of experience they want. They can even ask to see real patients talking about their experience.
In this episode, Sara and Matt walk through a real search that surfaced a dental practice along with patient testimonial videos. Then they turn that example into something practical: what should a dentist put online today so patients can see, hear, and understand what makes their practice different?
The answer starts with authentic content and one question your patients are already asking.
What This Episode Reveals
- Search is becoming a conversation. Patients can describe what they actually need instead of relying on a few keywords.
- Video gives patients evidence. Testimonials and doctor videos let people see and hear the practice before making a call.
- Your existing content matters. AI can pull from information beyond a single webpage, including reviews and video content.
- You do not need to predict every search. Know the patients you want to attract and create content around the questions and concerns that matter to them.
What You’ll Learn
- How patients can use AI to search for dentists based on specific needs
- Why patient testimonial videos can help build trust before the first call
- What types of videos dentists should consider creating
- How to see what AI currently finds about your practice
- Why your first video can be as simple as answering one real patient question
If This Sounds Familiar
You have a strong practice, but most of what makes it special happens inside your walls.
Your patients hear the answers.
They experience the team.
They see how you approach care.
Someone researching you online may not.
Video gives them a chance to experience some of that before they ever call.
Next Steps
Start small.
Ask your team: What is one question or concern we hear from patients all the time?
Then answer it on camera.
It could be what an anxious patient should expect, how you approach implants, what happens during a first visit, or why you use a particular technology.
Do not wait for the perfect studio, script, or production. Record one useful answer, publish it, learn from it, and make the next one better. As Matt says in the episode, your first video probably will not be perfect, and that is okay.

00:00:03 Sara Hansen: Hey doctors, if you’re just listening to today’s episode, I’m going to highly encourage you to go to the video link in the description and actually watch the video. During our conversation today, Matt gave us a lot of great visual examples of what that platform looks like and how AI is breaking it down. So I’d encourage you to hop over there and take a look. Thanks for tuning in to the Everyday Practice of Dental Podcast. I’m Regan Robertson, my cohost, Sara Hansen, and I interview real dentists and experts who grow their dental practices using authentic marketing in a way that you can remember, repeat, and use in your own practice to get the patients you deserve. Let’s dive in.
00:00:40 Sara Hansen: Hey, doctors. The way patients are finding you really is changing, and they can ask AI for someone who understands their needs. They can watch you before they ever make a call. And so today I really want to talk about why those videos matter in that moment, what patients need to see and how to start with really just one honest answer to a question that your team hears every single week. Hey, Matt, welcome back to the Everyday Practices Dental Podcast. How are you?
00:01:13 Matt Hutchings: I’m good. Let’s do this.
00:01:17 Sara Hansen: You’re a repeat offender on the podcast. People love you. So. All right, Matt, I have a question. Let’s just get into it. So I heard that you asked AI to find a cosmetic dentist in Santa Fe for someone getting older. And when you did that, you specifically asked questions for patient testimonials that you could watch. So what happened?
00:01:42 Matt Hutchings: Yeah. So we know that the way people are searching for information is shifting. You’re not just going to Google and typing in dentist in an area anymore. Uh, we know a significant amount of people have built trust within whatever AI they’re using. And they’re not just typing in AI. Give me the best dentist in an area. They’re more likely going to be going into. They’re going, you know, I have this symptom. I’ve got, you know, a missing tooth or I’m very afraid of this or that. I’ve got a large family. Right. They’re going to type in all of these variables that might be important to them. And, you know, they may be asking for certain things like, I want a family dentist or I want a cosmetic dentist. Um, can you share with me some of the testimonials, you know, almost like, uh, was it Jarvis in Iron Man? You know, where they say Jarvis was up for me? You know, we all now have our own personal assistant, and now you don’t have to just go to Google, go to a website, hope that the information that you search for is in there. Spend hours looking for the thing that doesn’t even exist and then move on to another site. You know, our eyes now are pulling all of that information together. And you know, what I found is an example that I want to show everyone that we’ll go through today. Um, and this example may not work for every doctor because every AI is going to pull up something a little bit different. The key thing here is this isn’t an SEO strategy. This isn’t a, you know, change your website strategy. This is an awareness strategy. And part of that awareness that we want you to understand is the AI is pulling from more information than just your website. They’re looking at things like your video content, um, and a lot of information. So we’ll go through that today.
00:03:24 Sara Hansen: Awesome. Okay. So Matt, I mean, let’s like break it down. Obviously what doctors are familiar with is dentists near me, right? Uh, cosmetic dentists like those are those Google short two to three word, um, key phrases that every dentist wants to show up for. So walk us through why did we to actually show up for like that specific question? Like, what are the questions that we’re putting in? what? What level of detail are we giving the AI to really get what we’re looking for instead of just a general statement?
00:04:05 Matt Hutchings: Yeah. I mean, so it’s fully customizable, right? So you’re having a conversation with AI and people are getting more and more, you know, in tune with their AI where they’re now just speaking to their phone, you know, and having a conversation.
00:04:17 Sara Hansen: Totally.
00:04:18 Matt Hutchings: So even the dialogue is changing from how you would normally type something versus how you would just speak to it in your app. Um, but you just may be asking all sorts of questions. So in this example, you know, I, I acted as if I was someone older. You know, I didn’t get into a ton of detail, but I just said, find me the best dentist in Santa Fe, New Mexico or N.M. that is cosmetic focused and can help me in my older age and have testimonials for me to watch. And then what I can share is I’ll show you exactly what pulled up. So what’s interesting about this is, you know, I just gave it some variables. Uh, you know, you could put in there that, you know, I need an implant or there’s specific things that you could do. But for this example, try to keep it simple for everyone to see. And can you see that?
00:05:09 Sara Hansen: Yeah.
00:05:10 Matt Hutchings: Excellent. So what we got right away was a map and suggested practices, uh, in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area. Um, and the reason why I wanted to show this is, uh, not to call them out, but Vida Dental is it’s one of our clients. So, which is awesome that we know that not only are the things that we’re doing on the back end of just our SEO tactics, website tactics and all of their, um, uh, reputation, um, those things have started to translate into, you know, the AI searches as well. Um, and what it does is it gave me kind of a brief story of what I should be interested in based on what I typed. Right. So, you know, it’s, it knew that I wanted something in cosmetic dentistry, maintaining my teeth for my age, you know, specifically gets in that it has restored. They have restorative options. And if I have any needs that become more complex, right. Because I brought up the cosmetic side.
00:06:06 Sara Hansen: Yeah.
00:06:06 Matt Hutchings: It’s knowing that there might be some complexity there. Um, and that I want some real patient stories to watch. I said, you know, can I see some testimonials? So one of the first things it did is it said, this is one I would seriously investigate. So it’s not telling us this is the best, right? It’s giving us faster solutions than we would have had when we did Google. Right? You ever like a paper like when you were writing stuff in school or you know, you’re looking for something and then it’s like you spend all this time to get to a website only to read it. And it just sounds like we are the best dentists in this area. And it’s just all like, yeah. And you’re like, this gets me nowhere.
00:06:42 Sara Hansen: Yeah.
00:06:43 Matt Hutchings: So, you know, with AI, it says, look, this is what I would suggest. Highly suggest it pulled up Vita, um, gave us what some of their reviews are told us where they’re strong, they’re particularly strong in cosmetic and restorative emphasis. Um, they focus on rehabilitation. Uh, Doctor Dietrich does while Doctor Herron describes a comprehensive approach that gives his practices time or patience to understand understand their options. So all of this language that’s getting pulled from the site, it’s getting pulled from their online reputation. Um, but what was really awesome too is, and more importantly, you requested to have patient testimonial videos. So what might be important to me is not the curated language that you had some professional right on your right or right on your website? Yeah, I, you know, that might have caught my attention, but now that you’re a top contender, you know, maybe I want to hear what actual patients are saying about you. So provides me right to the link of the testimonials. So I’ve got a lot of information right here to take action and feel confident in the, uh, what the AI is giving me. Then, you know, a general SEO search in the past.
00:07:55 Sara Hansen: Okay, so Matt, I’m going to slow us down just a little bit because doctors, I want you to hear this is, I think, doll Matt, you’re really bringing something to light, which is now that we know patients are using AI platforms to search for dentists more now than they ever have. So Google is no longer the end all, be all. But what’s so cool about understanding now more about these AI platforms and what our patients are actually looking for, like show you showing that example. I mean, the patients are getting really granular. It’s no longer, like I said earlier, it’s no longer just these short, simple dentist near me. It is like you can put in, I wanted dentist that focuses on this. That’s good with kids, that has that works on Fridays, you know, or has early morning appointments, right? Like now the patient can go in and really customize what they’re looking for. So if that’s the case, Matt, like what, what, what should our doctors be doing? If we know that our patients are now putting in more information to find us, we know that these AI platforms are now being used almost more than Google in certain ways. What do we recommend then for the doctors? Like what content do they need to have to start showing up on these platforms that we know patients are using even more than Google?
00:09:26 Matt Hutchings: Yeah. And I would still say, you know, Google’s a necessary resource, right? You’re still going to have searching. They’re going to Google my business doing that part. Um, but as things shift, you want to make sure that you’re putting yourself in the right position. If a shift happens and we know people are going to these AI platforms, they’re doing searches and they’re doing searches different. And one of the things that I would say is for us, It almost sounds like nothing new that you and I would talk about is how how important video is. It’s just important in different ways. It’s being utilized in different ways. So yeah, before someone would go to Google, they would do their search. And as they’re navigating through the website and looking for those things, they would get, you know, a patient testimonial on the service page, right? They would have that information. So now it’s enforcing the information that they’re seeing on that exact page. Well, now as you saw through the AI, it’s just reinforcing it in a different way. And it’s giving you the information. It’s part of the overview right there. So the hunt is a lot less in the new way. And I now have that immediate information right there where I now got access to what I was looking for without having to hunt for it. Um, so if your site is not utilizing video, it’s now more important than ever. I would say should be part of your early part of your social media mix. But these, these AI. Uh, uh, uh, systems are going to be using that. They can go through YouTube. They now can read the transcripts. They’re going to have that transcript. And one of the tips that we would be suggesting, in which we currently already do is having videos that are either how to videos or patient testimonial videos that are specific to the service, right? So if you have an implant patient, we should have an implant testimonial that is speaking to them specifically. Um, and even if you wanted to level it up, maybe a one, two, three step on from the doctor. Now that starts talking about what the process is. So not only just patient side, you know, the doctor may want to lean into what to expect type videos. So when someone’s doing a search for not just patient testimonials, they may be searching of what should I expect when I’m, you know, considering getting a dental implant. Right. And now that video would be something that the AI can share as well.
00:11:57 Sara Hansen: I love that. Yeah. I mean, Matt, this is not new news right from our realm of how important video and content, just having content. What I’m hearing you say so loud and clear is like stock photos don’t get you anything because there’s nothing for the AI to be pulling, right? There’s no type of reference point to it. So if a doctor’s like, okay, Matt and Sarah, I hear you loud and clear. I know video is important, but obviously it’s, it can be overwhelming. So where would you recommend practices start first? Like what? Where should they even start? What would be the first step into that direction? What kind of videos?
00:12:37 Matt Hutchings: Well, I’ll even go one step back because you just brought up stock photos. So I we didn’t even go over this in the, the AI overview, what was given in there. Yeah. but I will show you the section in here. What the I specifically pulled up was when you brought up images. They also have an actual patient smile gallery rather than just stock cosmetic imagery.
00:13:02 Speaker 5: So oh my God, this is awesome.
00:13:05 Matt Hutchings: Get more specific. They get smarter. I didn’t ask for that, but it’s something that it was able to interpret that might be important to me because I was asking for testimonial videos. Right? I’m looking for something authentic. So what it was able to pull from that is I don’t want stock photos. I want something that’s authentically theirs. And it’s referencing a smile gallery here. So, you know, these are all the things that, again, you and I talk about all the time. You know, these photos not only turn off patients, um, the AI now are starting to recognize it. It’s even able to bring it in there. Um, I would say, you know, just do an audit of what you currently have on your website.
00:13:44 Speaker 5: Mhm.
00:13:44 Matt Hutchings: You know, and if it feels very stock Photo oriented, you know, either, you know, a best first step would be you don’t necessarily have to have, you know, one hundred percent of like a full on photographer if you’ve got just a really good iPhone and are able to capture some decent, authentic photos, you can go that route. Um, yeah, if you’re looking for more of a professional route. And what I mean by that isn’t just the quality of the images, it’s how those images help tell your story. Well, then you bring in professionals like us who interview you, look at the types of patients you’re looking to attract, and then.
00:14:19 Speaker 5: How.
00:14:20 Matt Hutchings: He tells that part of the story. So we developed that plan for you and, and then do that for you. Um, and then the same thing in the videos, right? So we would be based on looking of the, based on the patients you’re looking to bring in, right? We’d have those deeper conversations with you. Um, and we would then build the videos based on those. And as we learn more and more about how the AI is working, right? Like we could build some tailored plans. This is all moving very fast, so we can build custom tailored plans that we could look at that we know from our experience and where the AI is starting to show things like this, where we can learn some of those, those videos based on your needs. Um, and even if you just wanted to start yourself today, you know, you could just go figure out one topic and record that video, right? So you could record that video, even if it’s a welcome to my practice and here’s what to expect. And if you’re listening to this podcast, you’re probably someone that has developed their practice pretty well. So you should have a pretty good understanding of what a patient should expect. Should they expect a smile when they come in through the door, they should be expected, you know, they should expect when they get sat down, they’re going to get a full treatment plan, full understanding of what’s going on. They’ll get recommendations. And you know, you know, they go through that, you know, that’s, that’s not hard to do. That’s something that you can, they could do, um, almost immediately.
00:15:42 Speaker 5: Okay.
00:15:43 Sara Hansen: So Matt, because to me, in a marketing strategy, something that’s really important that I look at for my clients is obviously the competition, right? So what are other practices around them doing? What’s that differentiating factor? You know, what can we take to the market that no one else has? So I have kind of a tricky question for you. What happens when the practice down the street starts building that content of videos? First they start, you know, pushing more content out. They’ve got great photography coming in. They’re doing more of those videos that you’re talking about, adding them to all the platforms. What then happens then to the other? You know that your current practice, what happens?
00:16:32 Matt Hutchings: Yeah. And so, you know, as I did this search, it gave three suggestions, right? So we almost have some insight of what does happen, right? It’s giving suggestions based on their, um, and it’s also giving, you know, specific information. So I’ll give another example here. Let me pull it up again. So there’s another practice called dental arts in Santa Fe.
00:17:02 Speaker 5: Yeah.
00:17:02 Matt Hutchings: So you talked about video. Um the distinction. So the I says, the distinction I make, uh, make is that Vita and, uh, juniper have much clearer patient video evidence online. Um, which matters because you specifically want to see and hear what patients, uh, here patients rather than rely exclusively on reviews, right? So it’s, it, it knows what was important to me. And so.
00:17:28 Speaker 5: Yeah, can.
00:17:29 Matt Hutchings: You plan for all of these things as a practice? Maybe not. That’s why you need to define for your practice the types of patients that are important for you. And then the plan builds to those. Um, but if we find out that your demographic is, is More technically oriented, which we know through some of these graphics. They’re going to write that information to make these decisions. Well, you better have, you know, not only that information on your site, but some of the videos better reflect it because, you know, as we saw the what was important to me was to be able to hear from patients. And, you know, the AI is going to cue that. Um, and so that, that just takes a little bit of discovery, you know, through us and, you know, as a, as a practice, you could do that discovery yourself. What’s important to you? What’s important to the patients? You know, that you seem to hear from all the time. Um, and, you know, you could make videos that reflect that too.
00:18:20 Speaker 5: Yeah. You know, Matt, this is like kind of an aha.
00:18:23 Sara Hansen: Moment for me because we talk about your marketing needs to be building trust, right? So we, we’ve been singing that from the, the rooftops for a very long time. And obviously, you know, authentic marketing, telling more about who you are, what your story, that’s all in line to build trust with these patients. What I am seeing with this AI search that you did, that we know so many of our patients are doing, is what our patients are now putting in, are things that are important to them, that basically are creating trust long before they call the practice. But what’s cool is now the sort of marketing that we’re aligning and building that trust long before seeing the patient testimonial videos, they’re searching things, and then the AI is aligning it to what their needs are. So now when a patient takes action, that patient is more likely to convert to come in, right? They’re going to be a lifelong patient. So now we’re shortening the steps that it takes for that patient to say yes and be a lifelong patient by simply putting out even better content, right? Or having that more calibrated content to the types of patients they want, the services they want to attract. You know, it just, it just seems like it’s almost making that path to, yes, even shorter for these patients. What are your thoughts?
00:19:48 Matt Hutchings: Yeah, I take it even one step into that trust. Uh, comment a little bit deeper. Yeah. If a patient is using AI like I gave in the suggestion, right, that the demographic is using that, uh, they, for the most part, probably already trust their AI, right? They’ve used.
00:20:06 Speaker 5: It.
00:20:07 Matt Hutchings: A lot about them. So by getting these recommendations that are coming to them and being given that information, it’s almost as if a referral, right? Or a friend or someone who’s been to that, because they’re getting this information from what they believe is a trusted source, right?
00:20:22 Speaker 5: Because, yeah.
00:20:23 Matt Hutchings: Some of these, you know, people have put in a lot of personal information and other searches. You know, there’s other people use it all differently. So as it starts to get more specific and tuned into their needs, and the more that they’ve put in there, you know, the likelihood is if you’ve really tuned into your demographic And these are the people that I want to attract. And if they do those searches, it’s it’s almost as if you’re getting a handoff.
00:20:47 Speaker 5: Uh, yeah.
00:20:48 Matt Hutchings: Because now they have all of the information. They’ve, they’ve been able to do research in a different way. Uh, and like I said, it’s, it’s almost as if a referral, a trusted source, which is their AI has now handed you the lead and can you try to target all things. No, and I wouldn’t suggest. Right. Target your patients. Um, this not this is not going to be what floods your, you know, your new patient flow. You should diversify and, you know, SEO and yeah, but understand things are shifting and, you know, the opportunity to fine tune on this side is, is an open opportunity. Um, and as you can see how it pulls up. So it’s, it’s an area you just don’t want to avoid either.
00:21:28 Sara Hansen: So how would a doctor know if their current strategies for marketing is including these types of things? I mean, isn’t that, I mean, I know we do that for our clients, but like, isn’t that a question doctors need to be asking, right? Like, hey, I like, I need to be showing up for these platforms.
00:21:48 Speaker 6: I mean.
00:21:48 Sara Hansen: To me, it’s a no brainer.
00:21:50 Matt Hutchings: So they may not know, you know, some may not even be speaking about this. And the other thing is, is it’s everything is moving so fast, right?
00:21:59 Speaker 5: Like, yeah.
00:22:00 Matt Hutchings: Back, you know, a couple of years ago, if you were using software, it wouldn’t be until another year or, you know, maybe a little bit longer until the company updated that software. Yeah. And you were able to, to download that and get that, I mean, within every three months in AI, like it seems like we’re getting another version and then the competition now gets another version and then each one is incrementally better. So as speed moves, these are just things that we should all be aware of. The reason why we’re having this episode is to bring awareness that yeah, your information may be shown. Um, if you’re looking to, as a doctor to know how you show up, act as a patient. Do a search.
00:22:43 Speaker 5: Do you.
00:22:43 Matt Hutchings: Like it? Um, it doesn’t take much more than just a simple, you know, maybe type in. Act as if your ideal patient. You know, I’m sixty years old. I, you know, I’ve got a missing tooth. You know, I’m very anxious about going to the dentist. Right. You could act as any type of, um, persona and then you can say doctor shows up and if it doesn’t, you know, don’t worry. It’s still it’s still early on. Um, if you’re working with a consultant or a professional, have that conversation with them on maybe moving towards that direction. Um, it’s going up. Well, that doesn’t mean that you’re going to stay in that. I don’t think this, this naturally works like an old SEO, um, because it’s so specific. Um, but you just want to make sure that like you’ve got the things that we know that it’s looking for, it’s looking for the video, right? It’s looking for things like reviews. Um, so you want to make sure that all of those resources, as much as possible are, are completed so that the AI can pull it in and make those suggestions, which I thought was pretty. The fact that he even said like, these are.
00:23:48 Speaker 5: Yes.
00:23:48 Matt Hutchings: These aren’t stock photos. You know, this is a real gallery here. If you’re looking for your practice, show up a certain way. I first.
00:23:55 Speaker 5: Yeah.
00:23:55 Matt Hutchings: Go do that search, see how you show up. Act as if it’s a patient that you want to come up, see what it does, maybe do it a couple times to see what’s showing up.
00:24:06 Speaker 5: Um, yeah.
00:24:07 Matt Hutchings: Also too, what’s, what’s kind of awesome is that the other two that are suggested are based, which I would say are pretty close competitors, because what I typed in specifically in the wants and needs of that patient. Well, it’s also referencing those other two practices that may serve that patient very similar. So you might want to take a look at what they’re doing, what’s on their website, you know, and take a look at that and see if they’re doing things that are different. Pretty close. Um, you know, you don’t need to go copy them and go try to run their business as your business. Be you. Um, but have an understanding of what’s out there and it does it pretty quick for you. And, and if you want to get into the video side, which I think is one of the most important things, and the main part of this today is, you know, start working on some of that video content. And it could be through, you know, like us where we can help you out and create those videos for you. Or if you want to just try it yourself. I would just pick one question, um, to ask your team that maybe and ask your team what patients ask most before you choose or, you know, before they choose a dentist, right? So you could ask your patients like, you know, I’m just looking for someone that’ll listen to me. I’m looking for someone.
00:25:17 Speaker 5: Yeah.
00:25:18 Matt Hutchings: You know, understands anxiety or, you know, I’m looking for someone with high technology, right? Like figure out what that one question is. Um, and then keep the video simple. Just record the one answer to that, you know, so if you’re a patient with high anxiety, here’s what you would expect. When you come into our practice, you’re going to be greeted with a smile. Our team’s going to walk you back, give you all of the information that you would need, or ask you questions on what might make make you anxious, and then we’ll build that first, that experience around you.
00:25:49 Speaker 5: Yeah.
00:25:49 Matt Hutchings: You know, and as we start to build that experience around you, we’re going to now log it in the computer. You know, we’ll keep and maintain that. Um, and then publish the video, you know, not your very first video was not going to be perfect. And the other thing is, is most likely if you haven’t been posting videos before, you know, the nice thing is, is that first video that you post, it’s very likely that no one’s going to see it anyways. So like, it’s okay to mess up, you know.
00:26:15 Speaker 5: Like, yeah.
00:26:16 Matt Hutchings: And as you get better and better, they’ll improve the videos, improve the questions will improve. Um, or if you just want to kind of jump start it and you want to move to, you know, a little bit, you know, different questions, deeper questions or questions that are really, really geared towards the patient. Um, yeah, production style. You know, that’s where you reach out to someone like Sarah and myself, and we would sit down and build out a full video video plan for you that’s, you know, catered to that style that you’re looking for.
00:26:45 Speaker 5: Yeah.
00:26:46 Sara Hansen: You know, it’s so crazy because Matt, all of us have phones and our phones are pretty awesome these days. So it really comes down to doctors. You have the tools within you, right? You’ve got a team that’s great. We know that your patients are looking for specific things. So just start taking some videos, getting those up. It’s what the patients are looking for. And that to go back with, you know, the trust. It really is about building trust. That’s everything that marketing is when we’re looking for anything, whether it’s clothes, a new car, right? Maybe a new pediatrician for our kids, all those things. We’re wanting to build trust. We want to make sure that where we’re going, what we’re investing in, what we’re doing is aligning with us and I love that. With AI, it’s getting so customized that really it’s a huge benefit to our patients. Um, because now they’re, they’re coming in, like I said, almost like pre-qualified, right? Because they know if they type in specific things and really have a conversation with what they’re looking for and you pop up, you are very aligned. So I also see this as such a benefit to our doctors of now patients that are coming to them are even higher caliber patients and really the patients they want to see.
00:28:06 Speaker 5: Because it’s.
00:28:07 Sara Hansen: All aligning before they even call the practice. So I love that we’re talking about this today. I know AI is such a big, hot like buzzword these days in dentistry. So I’d love to continue these conversations. Um, just educating our doctors, what’s out there, what to be looking for, you know, how do we utilize it to benefit the practices? Um, and ultimately, like give them the tools where they can start putting these pieces in place to get the patients that they’re looking for and the growth that, you know, we’re all striving for. So any final words, Matt, from you?
00:28:43 Matt Hutchings: Uh, I’d say is give it a shot. You know, if you can talk to a patient, you can talk to a camera.
00:28:48 Speaker 5: So yeah.
00:28:50 Matt Hutchings: Figure out that one question and give it a shot.
00:28:54 Sara Hansen: I love it, I love it. Thanks for being here, Matt, I appreciate you.
