Welcome to PDA | Marketing Group

PDA | Marketing Group was born out of frustration.
In 2004, Dr. Bruce B. Baird, a practicing dentist out of Granbury, Texas, and Victoria Peterson, a hygiene coach and marketing whiz, joined together to create Productive Dentist Academy. Together they began the journey of helping thousands of dentists increase productivity, decrease stress, and elevate overall patient care.
As the relationship with their PDA Tribe grew, so did the need to solve for a common challenge within the practice: streamlined, efficient marketing from a trusted advisor that equaled real results.
That is why Productive Dentist Academy formed PDA | Marketing Group in 2008, to provide dentists with a streamlined approach to marketing that incorporated all aspects of the practice. Over the last six years, PDA | Marketing Group has grown to serve dentists all across the United States with marketing strategy, brand development, digital marketing, ForeverSiteTM website design and development, radio, Raving FanTM programs, marketing coaching, and more.
You may be coming to this website because you too are frustrated. You may be challenged with trying to:
- Generate new patient flow
- Increase your online presence
- Expand your patient base
- Attract the right kind of patients to your dental practice
- Create community buzz
As the old Hair Club For Men slogan goes, “Remember, we’re not only the owners, but we’re also clients!” Dr. Baird is one of America’s most productive dentists to this day and still practices out of Granbury, Texas, and Mrs. McManus Peterson owns and operates several dental practices in Wisconsin. Together they have built PDA | Marketing Group to serve dentists like you with marketing strategies and tools they use themselves.
As dental practice owners, we felt the following before creating PDA | Marketing Group:
- Marketing sales people calling our office every day
- Scary emails from SEO “experts” telling you your website is ranking terrible
- Not knowing the best direction to spend your marketing dollars
- Spending thousands on a direct mail campaign, only to find your team was failing to secure an appointment when a potential patient called
- Not having nearly enough time to devote to marketing decisions, and really wanting to be doing more of what you love – practicing quality dentistry
- Wishing that you could deal with one marketing company instead of 20
- Investing hard earned dollars on marketing and getting little to no results
- Marketing that generated patients, but not the right kind of patients for your practice
If you have experienced those feelings about marketing, we strongly encourage you to request a complimentary one on one marketing assessment. We don’t make self serving recommendations; rather, we help you develop a road map to achieve the success you desire.
